Ⅰ. Brief Information of This Project:
1. Construction Background: Under the circumstances of market-oriented economy, in order to seek rapid development for our enterprise, we intended to develop new products by integrating national trade guidance, enlarge the scale and improve economic benefit for our enterprise, and provide more job opportunities. According to the advantages originated from the Materials Base, we planned to construct the project of annual-out 5000 tons organic silicon rubber.
2. Construction Content and Production Scale: To construct 2 sets of equipments for producing organic silicon rubber and gross silicon crude rubber in order to make the output of gross rubber reach 5000 tons.
3. Total Investment: The total investment for this project will be USD7.11million, including fixed assets of USD2.79million, and circulation capital of USD4.32 million.
4. Economic Benefit Forecast: After being constructed and putting into production, the sales incomes for this project will have been reached USD29.45 million, the total amount of annual tax of USD1.56million, and annual average profit ofUSD1.44 million.

The general area of our enterprise is 33 thousand Sq. meters, including the construction area of 18.638 thousand Sq. meters. The total Assets are USD3.19million, including negative assets of USD0.7million and ownership interests of USD2.5million. There are, at present, 286 employees, including 4 national resisted pharmacists, 2 senior engineers, 10 engineers and 42 engineering technicians, and medicine research institute and central Lab also established in our factory. The main products that our factory produces are over 90 varieties of both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine such as tablet, capsule, granule, oral liquidity, and etc, the quality of which is ranked as the first one in the same trade. For over many years, our enterprise has continuously created the first for volume of exports, annual sums recovery for exports, and annual rate of sums recovery in the trade of traditional Chinese Medicine in Jilin area, which is also one of the higher-leveled tax bearer in medicine trade in Jilin City. In recent year, not only have we paid accumulated tax of over USD1.24million, but we have reemployed over 800 people who had been laid off.
