（二）建设规模及产品方案：本项目生产规模为年产5000吨中植8号富硒保健品，市场供给人数为2000万人/年，设计产量是市场总量的三十分之一，项目建设规模合理。产品建设方案为：生产中植8号有机硒粉3500吨，全部用于保健品的生产，保健品建设规模为年产5000吨。并初步确定3个品种，康必粉2000吨，富硒螺旋藻粉1500吨，富硒灵芝孢子粉1500吨。

Project Of Producing 5000 Tons Of Organic Selenium Annually
Ⅰ. A Brief introduction of the project:
1．Importance/value of the project: selenium is in the front line of the 14 microelements that are vital for human health. According to research findings, over 40 diseases, including cancer, diabetes, heart and brain vessel diseases are related to patients' lack of selenium consumption. A national task group on organic selenium studies attached to China School of Agricultural Science has done a research and found out that two thirds of our country's region is considered as regions that are lack of selenium according to international standard. If each person consumes 100 microgram selenium each day, the annual market demand for selenium is over 150,000 tons. (Including health care products that contains selenium) Considering the fact that many patients have to take in much more selenium, the national annual demand for organic selenium is over 200,000 tons.
The core competencies that our company is using to compete at domestic and international markets are: it's uniquely pure green, high in purity, high efficiency in utilizing animals, high accuracy in distributing the selenium content per unit and industrialized production.
2．Scale of manufacturing and the production plan: this project's scale of production is around 5000 tons of "Zhong Zhi No.8" health care products that contain selenium. The estimated size of the target market is 20 million people per annum. The planned production output is 30% of the total market size. We have a reasonable production plan, which is producing 3500 tons of "Zhong Zhi No.8" selenium powder, all of which will be used for the production of health care products.
